I am really in love with the diagonal boards on the shed in front of this barn. The barn still has a row of lightening rods on the roof.
I am pretty sure this barn is still in use for storage. It has a nice new door!

I became interested in bead weaving because it is complex and interesting to me. Bead weaving allows me to create three-dimensional art that frames and highlights distinctive beads and gemstones. By building on a foundation of classic off -loom bead weaving techniques, I modify those classics to create unique jewelry designs. The process of building a creation, one bead at a time, and watching it take shape is a rewarding part of my design process. I take my inspiration from nature, bringing in colors, shapes and textures from the natural world. For example, geese in flight inspired my signature necklace design – the “Flying V”. Like my favorite impressionist painters Van Gogh and Monet, I create jewelry designs that bring impressions and emotions into my art. As an example; Monet’s depictions of flowers and sunlight inspired my impressionist bracelet series. Over more than 30 years of bead weaving, my skills have grown and matured. I combine colors and textures to develop distinctive and pleasing one of a kind jewelry.
